- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and professionally
- Deliver outstanding customer service and homeowner support
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and manage parts inventory
- Recommend solutions that improve home comfort and protection
- 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC repair experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to use mobile technology for service and parts ordering
- High school diploma or GED
