Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 12 months (2,080 hours)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Senior ServiceNow Developer for an exciting Remote job.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scoped applications, emphasizing Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
Enhance and support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and SPM modules; implement and optimize HAM Pro and SAM.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including business rules, flows, roles, tables, and configuration settings.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with platform standards.
Establish and lead best practices for configuration, scripting, testing, change management, and Agile/DevOps processes.
Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal staff.
Ensure adherence to ITIL, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong ServiceNow development, scripting, and application architecture skills; PSDS experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with HAM Pro/SAM and core ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and ITAM features.
Experience working in public-sector or government environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and ServiceNow DevOps.
3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience with demonstrated senior-level ownership and leadership.
Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
