Facility Maintenance
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 4 years minimum of mechanical maintenance on equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fabrication
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems 480 volt and down.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing 2–5-ton overhead Kone bridge cranes
- Knowledge of Programable logic controllers (PLC)
- Strong Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out procedures
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)
- Knowledge of Rigging and Rigging safety
- Certification or training in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Self-Starter
- Knowledge of CMMS
- Responsible for performing monthly inspections and testing of all fire extinguishers and eye wash equipment.
- Responsible for identifying and correcting minor repairs, upkeep, and overall functions of the equipment in the facility.
- Complete the schedule of monthly inspections and preventative maintenance on overhead doors, overhead cranes, building mechanical equipment, and company issued equipment.
- Perform preventative and reactive corrective repairs on production equipment.
- Repair and maintain forklifts.
- Repair and maintain sandblast equipment (blast pot, valves, dust collectors)
- Upkeep and repairs on compressor and air system
- Weld and machine parts for repairs if replacement parts are not ratably available.
