About the Role
This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with business clients. The role serves as the main liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring that their needs are met and that doing business with us is seamless. The position works closely with senior business leaders—often C-level executives—to understand their goals, challenges, and technology requirements.
By developing a deep understanding of each client’s business and IT environment, this role helps design and implement strategic technology solutions that reduce risk, support growth, and align with industry best practices. Through these partnerships, the position plays a key role in helping clients achieve their business objectives and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client decision-makers
- Develop business profiles outlining goals, IT strategy, and how our services support those objectives
- Collaborate with technical and alignment teams to design and execute technology roadmaps
- Identify and recommend technology solutions that drive business growth and reduce risk
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and create reports summarizing technology alignment, progress, and future recommendations
- Develop long-term IT strategies, budgets, and plans to ensure clients stay aligned with evolving technology standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Seek opportunities to expand the range of services provided to clients through consultative recommendations
- Prepare and deliver proposals, forecasts, and contract renewals
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in service and delivery
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation in the company’s CRM system
- Stay informed about emerging technology trends and their potential impact on clients

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to understand business operations and translate them into effective technology strategies
- Experience working with or advising executive-level stakeholders
- A proactive, consultative approach to identifying and solving business challenges through technology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in continuous learning and staying up to date with IT trends
