The company being represented is a subsection of a larger engineering firm. It is meant to get younger people going into the workforce some real experience by having them work the jobs themselves, while also having the larger engineering staff to fall back on when their abilities get strained. the idea is to have smaller, new employees getting experience, and not being afraid because the bigger more experienced employees will be there to help, and it all starts with a salesforce that can get contracts from local companies.

Job Description

The following job requires you to simply get on the phone, put on your sales face, and get some jobs for the young engineers! as sales you will not be required to have an absolute understanding of the entire company's functions. you will be provided with training and a script in order to tackle all fronts of the wild sales frontier, and the Director of Marketing will be working closely with the sales people to pick up trends of functional sales categories/approaches etc. The leads will be provided, with name, position, phone number, company, and email address. more than 250+ leads for 5 DIFFERENT categories of industry have been compiled. The Sales force will switch from industry to industry, each getting an opportunity to make the sale. the idea is to have a transparent, trusting and functional sales team, with the Director of Marketing keeping things light and easy for the sales force, so the only sales work that needs to be done is making the call and closing the deal.

Qualifications

A good sales attitude, upbeat and ready to sell. The ability to lose a sale, there will be so many leads that one sale getting lost cannot be an issue. Just sell your way out of it, the leads are provided, it's as easy as making another call. you will also need a general understanding of the concepts you are selling, but a script and training will be provided for that, so no worries. Technical experience or engineering experience may help also, but not necessary.
