Registered Dental Hygienist – North Phoenix

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensing: Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Dental Board as a Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
• Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
• Patient-Focused: Ability to build rapport and educate patients on oral health
• Attention to Detail:  Strong knowledge of oral health, including identifying potential issues and recommending treatments
• Team Player:  Flexible, collaborative, and able to work efficiently in a busy practice
• Coachability:  Open to feedback and embraces continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional dental cleanings and periodontal care
• Assess patients' oral health and identify issues or potential concerns
• Take and develop X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist in developing individualized patient care plans and follow-up protocols
• Post out treatment rendered and schedule recare appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Manage inventory and ensure hygiene rooms are well-stocked
• Excellent communication skills and patient care

    • Hours for Position: Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:15AM to close of business
      • Office Business Hours
        • Mondays/Wednesdays: 8:00AM-6:00PM
        • Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:00AM-4:00PM
    • Compensation: $52-$55 per hour; based on experience
