AcaciaIT is seeking an IT Account Manager / Client Success Manager with the following qualifications.

Qualifications:

· a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology services or consulting.

· B2B background with experience in IT Solutions, SAAS, Cybersecurity, Networking, Disaster Recovery and Managed Services

· Demonstrated ability in client retention, satisfaction, and account growth

· Self-motivated, assertive attitude, and strong closer

· Results driven with focus on goal achievement

· Ability to work virtually and in-person

Job Description:

The Account Manager role serves as the primary relationship manager between AcaciaIT and its clients, focusing on client satisfaction, facilitating client business initiatives and assisting clients in aligning IT with their business objectives.

This role involves collaborating with client stakeholders and AcaciaIT technical teams to connect business needs with technical execution. The Account Manager will work to assist clients, guide discussions, identify opportunities, and address barriers to support successful project outcomes and ongoing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the main relationship manager for assigned clients to maintain client satisfaction and retention

· Lead client business reviews

· Advocate for clients by monitoring and escalating issues as needed and assuring satisfaction upon completion.

· Maintain awareness of client environments, objectives, challenges and needs.

· Prepare formal quotes/proposals, with the assistance of AcaciaIT technical resources, and present to decision makers within customer organizations

· This job will require virtual and in-person meetings with clients
