Job Summary

Torrent Resources, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an outdoor/job site environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently helping to install and test drywell systems to company standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Traveling to job sites to help install drywell systems
• Testing of the dry wells that Torrent installs
• Driving a pickup with fire hoses in the back
• Travelling to job sites with work description for the day, running from the water source to the dry well with the hoses, stretching them out and securing them
• Taking a reading every 5 minutes of the amount of water
• Performing one hour test on a tablet to know the flow rate of the dry well
• Take responsibility of the security of the testing
• Stringing out hose and picking it up, then putting it back in the truck
• Working in the outdoor yard
• Facility/job site maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Construction/Landscaping experience preferred
• Reliable and strong work ethic
• Willingness to Learn and grow
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
