Responsibilities

If you’ve been complimented on your maintenance skills, we have the perfect job for you! The largest spa in the world currently has an opportunity for a General Maintenance Technician II with a speciality in roofing who has at least 1 year of experience in a commercial setting and can work independently.

The Particulars

• Inspect roofs for damage and identify necessary repairs
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
• Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Assist with other construction and maintenance projects as assigned

Qualifications

Certification/License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must have good communication and writing skills; must be able to work with a variety of people. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to work well under pressure and with deadlines. Must be able to work productively independently and/or with minimum supervision. Must be able to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must be knowledgeable in safety regulations and be safety conscious.
