Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Asset Support Technician to join our team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of IT Asset Management (ITAM), focusing on shipping, receiving, tracking, and imaging of IT hardware — primarily laptops and desktops. You’ll help ensure that equipment is properly prepared and delivered to employees across the organization.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming IT equipment and verify contents against purchase orders
• Log and track assets using inventory management systems
• Image laptops and desktops using standard company procedures
• Package and ship IT hardware to employees and remote offices
• Maintain organized storage and staging areas for IT assets
• Assist with returns, repairs, and warranty claims
• Support basic troubleshooting during imaging and setup
• Help with periodic inventory audits and reconciliations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred
• 1+ year of experience in IT support, shipping/receiving, or asset management
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic PC hardware
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx) and asset tracking tools

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with imaging tools like Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, or MDT
• Exposure to ITAM platforms (e.g., Service Desk Plus, ServiceNow, Lansweeper)
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

• Minimum Salary: $42,000
• Maximum Salary: $52,500
