Customer Service Support (high level & need technical skills) in Scottsdale, Arizona

1 day wfh/remote & 4 days in-office in Scottsdale after training - $25 hour

100% on-site during first 30 days of training

Necessary Experience/Skills:

• Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone
• Customer support, Email, Chat
• Would love to find someone who also has tech support experience
• Salesforce
• CRM, MS Dynamics
• Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least
• Technical Skills are needed, troubleshooting expertise

Description

• Build and maintain subject matter expertise of processes and solutions related to this role
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or resolution
• Salesforce Cases
• Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics
• Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager
• The work is broken down 80% calls & 20% email and chat

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
