As our Staffing Coordinator , you will build and guide the caregiver team that directly supports seniors and their families every day. Your decisions drive quality of care, team culture, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Build & Lead a Strong Care Team

• Recruit, interview, and onboard compassionate caregivers

• Set clear expectations and uphold high service standards

• Foster a culture of professionalism, reliability, and heart

Develop & Support Caregivers

• Provide mentorship and ongoing guidance

• Reinforce accountability and performance standards

• Ensure caregivers feel supported and empowered

Own Scheduling & Operations

• Manage caregiver schedules and coverage needs

• Solve last-minute challenges with calm, solutions-focused leadership

• Match caregivers to clients based on skills and personality fit

Support Clients & Families

• Help ensure smooth client onboarding

• Communicate proactively with families

• Address concerns quickly and professionally

Lead From the Front

When needed, you'll step in to assist with ADLs or companionship to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience

• Senior care experience (professional or personal strongly preferred)

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Tech-comfortable — Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle

• Able to pass background and registry checks

• Positive & team-oriented — Leads with accountability and solutions

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Salary: $45,000/year

Position Details

• Office-based in Phoenix, AZ (local travel to client homes as needed)
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call (evenings/weekends for urgent coverage support)
