Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate must have strong capability in supporting cloud security governance while assisting with compliance monitoring, documentation, and risk activities.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Supports audit preparation efforts by organizing evidence, validating controls, and assisting with compliance documentation.

• Tracks remediation activities to help migrate non‑compliant cloud environments into compliant states.

• Prepares reports, dashboards, and analytical materials to enable informed decision‑making on cloud security risks.

• Validates data for completeness and accuracy to ensure high‑quality compliance and risk reporting.

• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to drive remediation efforts and support cloud security governance.

• Participates in operational risk activities, including risk assessments, process mapping, and reviewing control effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in Information Security, Technology Risk, IT Controls, or similar roles.

• Demonstrated ability to apply CCM, CIS benchmarks, and foundational cloud security principles to support assessments and compliance activities.

• Proven capability in assisting audit preparation, tracking remediation efforts, and supporting governance processes across cloud environments.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
