Were seeking an Insurance Inside Sales Representative who is organized and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment. This role focuses on building and managing a lead pipeline, delivering a strong customer experience, and driving new business. You will work with warm leads, support walk-in clients, and assist with daily agency operations while developing your sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

• First-year earnings of $45,000 to $65,000
