Warehouse, Fleet, and Facilities Manager

As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Warehouse, Fleet, and Facilities Manager to take ownership of our operations, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and teamwork. You’ll start by setting up and implementing the systems that keep our warehouse, fleet, and facilities organized, then lead staff and vendors in carrying them out day to day.

Your two biggest goals in the first phase will be:

1. Organize and establish warehouse operations.

2. Develop and initiate a fleet management structure.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement warehouse layouts, shelving, storage, and workflow systems.
• Establish and oversee fleet management, including vehicle acquisition, inspections, and maintenance scheduling.
• Supervise internal staff and external vendors (cleaning, landscaping, maintenance crews).
• Manage inventory, staging, logistics, and facility upkeep.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient use of resources.
• Track budgets, monitor systems, and provide clear communication across teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervision skills with staff and vendors.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in warehouse operations, fleet management, and facility upkeep.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, fleet tracking, and compliance standards.
• Certifications in safety, facilities, or fleet management a plus.
