Job Summary
The Order Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing client orders within a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role ensures orders are completed on time, supports warehouse operations, assists with packing activities as needed, and maintains a high level of accuracy and productivity throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Slack channels and internal communications for priorities, updates, and operational instructions.
- Process bulk orders and single orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely processing of all client orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Verify order accuracy and follow established processing procedures.
- Stage completed orders in appropriate pick locations for packers.
- Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or inventory concerns that may prevent orders from being processed.
- Support packers on the warehouse floor as needed.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order processing experience preferred.
- Experience with ShipHero or a similar warehouse management system is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
