Compensation: $70,000$90,000 per year (weekly draw pay + uncapped commissions + bonuses)
Schedule: MondayFriday (weekends as needed)
Location: Business-to-business, in-person

As a Field Sales Professional , you will:
Challenge the status quo and identify new business opportunities in your territory.
Build deep, meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
Present tailored supplemental insurance solutions that provide real value and protection.
Drive sales while maintaining integrity, transparency, and focus on client needs.

Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license ( training and reimbursement provided )
5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
