Responsibilities:
- Substitute Teachers manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Substitute Teachers facilitate the teacher's lesson plans, ensuring continuity in students' education.
- Substitute Teachers adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Substitute Teachers communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
- Substitute Teachers follow school district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Age 18+ (Over 21 preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Substitute Certificate Or Teaching License through the Arizona Department of Education
- Substitute Teachers with previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching are highly desirable.
- Substitute Teachers need strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Substitute Teachers need the ability to adapt easily to different educational settings and grade levels.
- Substitute Teachers must be passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
