Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also help with vital signs, mobility assistance, and other essential tasks. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and respiratory rate
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and incontinence care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Collaborate with licensed nurses to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current certification
• Has a strong understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
