Encompass Web LOS Administrator (Tempe)

Job Title: Encompass Web LOS Administrator

Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office; Wednesday & Friday remote)

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Encompass Web LOS Administrator for an opportunity with a growing mortgage organization in Tempe, AZ. This role will report directly to both the VP of Operations and the COO , playing a critical role in leading the transition to and optimization of the Encompass Web platform across a multi-state, multi-branch operation.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS platform, with a strong focus on Encompass Web configuration and optimization

• Manage business rules, workflows, custom forms, field triggers, and automation to support the full loan lifecycle

• Oversee loan programs, pricing, rate lock policies, and investor delivery configurations

• Administer eFolder structure, document automation, and recognition tools

• Manage user roles, personas, and security across all departments and branches

• Lead system upgrades, patches, and ICE Mortgage Technology releases, including sandbox testing

Encompass Web Migration (High Priority):

• Support active migration from Encompass Desktop to Encompass Web for loan officers

• Configure custom web workflows and enhanced conditions within Encompass Web

• Test and validate web-based functionality prior to rollout

Integrations & Technical Support:

• Manage third-party integrations (credit, AUS, doc prep, compliance, flood, title, closing)

• Troubleshoot SDK plugins, APIs, and marketplace tools

• Provide user support and develop training documentation

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure system configuration aligns with TRID, HMDA, ECOA, and RESPA requirements

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership

• Support HMDA data collection, validation, and submission

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Encompass LOS administration experience

• Strong experience with business rules, workflows, custom forms, and SDK/plugin management

• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Encompass Web

• Deep understanding of the residential mortgage lifecycle

• Knowledge of federal/state regulations (TRID, HMDA, ECOA, RESPA)

• Experience with user access, personas, and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass Administrator Certification ( required )

• 5+ years in the mortgage industry

• SDK development, API integrations, or custom plugin experience

• Strong experience with Encompass Web (custom workflows, enhanced conditions highly preferred)

• Experience supporting multi-state, multi-branch lending operations

Compensation and Benefits:

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 remote)

• Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (higher end for SDK/plugin experience)

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
