SENIOR ACCOUNTANT: Established real estate development and investment company seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial, hospitality, and development assets. This role will focus on fixed assets, debt schedules, capital distributions, reconciliations, revenue recognition, benchmarking, and financial analysis. This is a direct hire, full-time HYBRID position with strong long-term growth potential.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking
• Maintain and reconcile debt schedules, loan activity, and related financial reporting
• Prepare and process capital distributions and ownership allocations
• Review and complete account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Record and analyze revenue activity across multiple entities and properties
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, and general ledger activity
• Perform benchmarking, variance analysis, and financial analytics to support leadership decision-making
• Support preparation of internal financial reports and audit requests
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve reporting accuracy and financial performance

Senior Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate, development, property management, or hospitality industries
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with fixed assets, debt accounting, and revenue recognition preferred
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
