HVAC Insulator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.00 to $38.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 02:00pm )
- Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (elastomeric, foam, etc.) on HVAC ductwork and mechanical pipingInstall protective jacketing (metal, PVC, or aluminum casing) over insulated surfaces for protection and aesthetics.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work independently or with a team to meet project deadlines
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
HVAC Insulator Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in mechanical insulation or related HVAC/ductwork trades.
- Ability to work with various insulation types (fiberglass, Armaflex, etc.) and jacketing systems (aluminum, PVC, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in all types of weather—rain, heat, or cold—year-round.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
