Skilled Home Health Nurses Needed Lake Havasu, AZ

Registered Nurses (RN) | Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) | Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

Billet Health is a growing Home Health agency seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals to join our team in the Lake Havasu area.

Our clinicians provide personalized Home Health services to patients during a 9-week episode of care while creating meaningful patient relationships and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

As patients are admitted onto service, our staffing team will contact you regarding available visits.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Complete SOCs, ROCs, recertifications, and skilled nursing visits
• Perform patient assessments
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing
• Develop individualized plans of care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Provide skilled nursing care per plan of care
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Support patient education and care coordination

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate personal care
• Observe and report patient condition changes

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, or CNA license in the state of practice
• Current physical
• Valid drivers license
• Valid auto insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
• Current TB documentation
  • Skin test within the last year OR
  • Chest X-ray within the last five years

Training Requirement

Initial Home Health training requires one full week of availability (MondayFriday).
