A highly regarded behavioral health clinic located in Goodyear, Arizona is actively recruiting a Neuropsychologist to join its growing outpatient care team. This full-time role focuses on comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults within a collaborative, team-based setting.
With no weekends, no call, and no evening responsibilities , this position offers the structure and support needed to deliver excellent patient care while maintaining strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights

- Collaborative Team Model: Work closely with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and behavioral health specialists
- Predictable Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours only

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (based on experience and credentials)
Bonus: Productivity-based incentives available

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and interpret a wide range of neuropsychological and cognitive assessments
- Prepare clear, actionable diagnostic reports
- Deliver results and clinical recommendations to patients, families, and referring providers
- Contribute to integrated care through interdisciplinary collaboration
- Engage in quality improvement and mentorship initiatives as desired
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Arizona psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Demonstrated competence in neuropsychological testing, scoring, and interpretation
- Strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology
- Experience in outpatient or integrated behavioral health settings
