Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure safety.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Achieve departmental targets and contribute to team goals.

• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.

• Support a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency.

• Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona with PCU experience preferred.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Proven track record of achieving departmental targets and goals.

• Demonstrated ability in patient assessment and monitoring in a PCU setting.

• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
