Job Title: Project Manager Architectural Millwork

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage complex architectural woodwork projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of high-end architectural millwork processes materials and production methods. This role requires precision accountability and the ability to coordinate multiple project components efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of architectural millwork projects from planning and budgeting to installation and close-out.

• Coordinate with architects general contractors vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

• Review and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.

• Monitor schedules budgets and project documentation through Procore and Sage.

• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detailerrors are costly and must be avoided through diligent oversight.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience managing architectural millwork projects.

• Proven ability to independently run complex custom woodwork projects.

• Proficiency with Procore (project management) and Sage (accounting).

• Must be local to Long Island NY no relocation available.

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

• Must be ready to contribute immediately; this is not an entry-level position.
