About the Role:

Drive Now Auto is hiring for a Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative at our Phoenix, AZ dealerships throughout Arizona, you will play a pivotal role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Joining the largest independent Buy Here, Pay Here dealership chain of Arizona will allow you plenty of room for growth and the possibility of endless sales daily!

Your primary objective will be to connect with prospective buyers, understand their automotive needs, and guide them through the purchasing process to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers. This role requires building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related retail industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to better serve diverse customer base.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A skills assessment will be required as part of the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person and via phone or email to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using dealership CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to promotional events.

Schedule:

• Stores are open Monday- Saturday, 9am- 7pm, Schedules are set within those time frames.
