Client Experience & Operations Coordinator (Scottsdale)

This Scottsdale-based role supports client experience and operations for global fashion and retail brands.

You’ll help ensure orders move smoothly from request to delivery working across warehouses, carriers, and internal teams, while supporting client communication along the way.

This role is a strong foundation in operations, logistics, and client coordination. You’ll learn how global retail packaging programs run while building the skills to take on more responsibility over time.

You’ll work closely with experienced team members locally and internationally, with clear opportunities to grow into more ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of client orders from placement through delivery
• Assist in managing shipments from US warehouses (Illinois and Texas)
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to inquiries
• Track order status and flag potential delays or issues
• Support management of backorders and priority requests
• Coordinate with carriers to request quotes, schedule shipments, and track deliveries
• Assist with inbound warehouse deliveries and receiving coordination
• Monitor inventory levels and help identify potential risks
• Support replenishment requests to maintain stock levels
• Prepare and review monthly billing for accuracy
• Help resolve order, shipment, or inventory discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, logistics, and finance
• Contribute to improving processes and workflows over time

Qualifications

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, clear and professional
• Organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills

Experience:

• 1–3 years in customer service, operations, logistics, retail, or similar
• Experience with orders, shipments, or client coordination is a plus, not required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
