In addition to an enormous emphasis on users and usability, our team is responsible for growing new accounts acquired and accounts receivable, by increasing application completions and approvals. **Focus** As a Senior Manager of Exam & Audit Management, you will partner with the Director to lead enterprise-wide efforts that mitigate operational risk and elevate quality across the organization. You will drive the strategy, governance, and execution of key initiatives that strengthen our control environment and operational excellence framework. You will champion best-in-class processes by leveraging data, products, and industry tools to inform decision-making and embed sound business practices across the customer acquisition lifecycle. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, and Control Management teams to ensure the successful delivery of audit and risk management programs, influencing outcomes at senior levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to guide multiple complex workstreams from planning through execution. You will set direction, establish quality benchmarks, and hold teams accountable for delivering against key performance indicators. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Serves as both liaison and trusted advisor for internal audit and regulatory matters, guiding collaboration among several interested parties. + Own the audit readiness strategy and roadmap for critical workstreams, including management of the end-to-end audit lifecycle. + Display the curiosity needed to truly provide value with strong attention to detail. + Has a passion for solving problems, risk mitigation, prevention and getting to the bottom of technical problems. + Ensure robust documentation to support upcoming reviews and provide expertise to support in-exam deliverables. + Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate issues with both technical and non-technical audiences. + Develop detailed project plans to manage the end-to-end project activities, interdependencies, and execution approach. + Identifies and tracks key project achievements. + Leverage tools and technologies, including GenAI, digital process mapping, and automated solutions to improve documentation quality and reduce manual work. + Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels. **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree preferred **Knowledge/Skills** + Requires strong communication skills + Requires strong organizational skills + Proven project management experience with strong attention to detail + Prior technical and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments, including working with regulatory and compliance requirements + Experience supporting internal or external audits, familiarity with compliance functions such as AML, Financial Crimes, Sanctions Screening, KYC, Privacy, etc. + Experience managing direct reports and developing high-performing team members + Exposure to GenAI, automation tools, or digital process mapping technologies is a plus **Game Changers** + Flexibility + Collaboration & Partnership + Continuous Improvement + Curiosity + Resourcefulness + Servant Leadership + Tenacity + Team Player + Coachable + Positive Attitude **Qualifications** Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
