As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an industrial and manufacturing environment, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage observed during patrols.
+ Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment in the industrial setting.
+ Complete required documentation and incident reports according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
+ Participate in ongoing training and briefings to remain up-to-date with security-related procedures and site-specific requirements.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
