**Assembly Operator** **Job Description** The Assembly Operator role is responsible for assembling and inspecting electrical components for Power Distribution Units. **Responsibilities** + Assemble Power Distribution Units (PDU) and other electrical components according to specifications. + Assemble cables, harnesses, electronic and electro-mechanical test equipment to engineering specifications. + Replace and remove electrical components on PDU when needed or repair units. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of experience in assembly with an emphasis on mechanical skills. + Proficiency in using basic hand tools. + Ability to stand for 8 hours. + Strong communication skills and attention to detail. + Capability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work safely. + Ability to read and write to comply with written instructions and complete departmental paperwork. **Work Environment** Work shifts from Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role requires standing for extended periods and involves using various tools in an assembly line setting. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
