Ancillary Account Manager

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Director of Ancillary, Underwriting, Field Account Executives, and Sales to develop and execute marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts.
- Client Services: Provide daily client services for our ancillary business, processing policies, endorsements, invoicing, certificates, etc.
- Timeliness: Respond to client/broker and carrier inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance and adherence for each account.
- Policy Analysis: Analyze client policies to ensure accuracy.
- Internal Liaison: Act as a liaison between internal departments to provide communication and support to external sources.
- File Maintenance: Responsible for electronic file set-up and maintenance, along with ongoing filing and documentation of client meetings/issues/decisions.
- Workload Management: Plan, prioritize, and complete day-to-day workload for assigned ancillary accounts, meeting internal/external deadlines.
- Project Management: Handle other projects and duties as assigned.
- Ancillary Expertise: Strong knowledge of Ancillary lines of coverage (e.g., disability, life, accident, critical illness, vision, dental, etc.).
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 5+ years in group benefits working in a Client Services capacity strongly preferred.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels within the organization.
- Time Management: Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital.
- Desire to Learn: Sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn.
- Licensing: Must already have or be willing to obtain an Arizona Life & Health Insurance License.
