Experience Pipe Inspector - Phoenix, AZ

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Pipe Leak Inspector to support a long-term project at a major semiconductor facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in active industrial environments and strictly following safety protocols.

This is not a hands-on repair role —candidates must be able to observe, document, and report without intervening.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct routine inspection walks across designated facility areas including:
• FAB (Fabrication)
• WRC (Water Reclamation Center)
• CUP (Central Utility Plant)
• Inspect water and chemical lines for potential leaks
• Accurately identify and report leaks by specific location
• Immediately communicate findings to personnel
• Maintain detailed and accurate reporting of observations
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures at all times

Critical Safety Guidelines

• Do NOT touch, clean, or attempt to stop any leaks
• Some substances may appear harmless (like water) but can be extremely hazardous
• Avoid all physical contact, inhalation, or exposure to any unidentified liquids
• Employees must sign a mandatory safety acknowledgment form prior to starting work
• Strict adherence to all safety rules is required

Training

• On-the-job training will be provided
• Site-specific safety training required prior to starting

Schedule

• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Days: Monday through Sunday (schedule may vary; weekends required)

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay (direct deposit)

• Must be willing to complete all required site training
• Must sign safety acknowledgment prior to assignment
