What You’ll Do:

• Assist with pre-opening engineering activities, including inspections, system testing, and vendor coordination across the resort and corporate office
• Support the setup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they’re fully operational and guest-ready
• Work alongside senior engineers to learn the full property—from office spaces to guest areas to entertainment venues
• Help maintain the day-to-day operations of the corporate office building, ensuring systems are running smoothly and efficiently
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs to keep systems operating at peak performance
• Monitor and operate building management systems (training provided)—where high-tech meets hospitality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment during construction and into operations
• Transition into supporting full resort operations post-opening—you’re part of the long-term team

What You Bring to the Stage:

• Some hands-on experience or training in maintenance, engineering, or facilities work is a plus
• Curiosity for how things work—and a drive to make them work better
• Basic understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Willingness to jump in, learn quickly, and grow with the role

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout a large property
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including heat, dust, and noise during construction

Position Specifics:

• Onsite in Glendale, AZ
• Full-time, non-exempt, hourly role
• Hourly Wage: Starting at $26 per hour based on experience
