Compensation: $95,000–$100,000 annually

As a Clinical Field Supervisor, you will:

• Lead Clinically: Collaborate with the Hospice Clinical Manager to guide and support nursing care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and care coordination.

• Foster Collaboration: Work closely with a talented team to achieve clinical and operational goals.

• Mentor & Inspire: Train, educate, and evaluate caregivers to ensure continuous professional development.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in nursing (hospice or palliative care preferred) and at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and hospice regulations is a plus.

• Skills: Strong communication, independent decision-making, and organizational abilities.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with electronic health records and related technology.
