ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install MIL-SPEC compliant clinch nuts and helicoils into connector products.
• Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of components according to assembly instructions.
• Read and interpret job routers, Bills of Material (BOM), and technical drawings.
• Ensure product assemblies meet customer specifications.
• Assemble subcomponents into finished goods per engineering and assembly documentation.
• Maintain high attention to detail and demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Utilize hand tools, drill presses, safely and effectively.
• Inspect previous assembly steps for workmanship issues before beginning your own.
• Verify all physical components match documentation before assembly.
• Follow correct tooling and procedures for every job.
• Identify and report potential defects or non-conforming materials to Quality Assurance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.
• Ability to work with microscopes and precision tools.
• Familiarity with machine shop equipment and tooling (a plus).
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented and receptive to direction.
• Capable of reading and following technical instructions and assembly guides.
• Capable of following verbal instructions and acceptable to on the job training

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school Diploma or equivalent (GED) required/
• Previous electronics and mechanical assembly experience preferred

WORK ENVIORNMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Requires fine motor skills and manual dexterity for working with small tools and components.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
