Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for (or hold) a current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Compassion, flexibility, and dedication to student success

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct intervention services—individually and in small groups—to address diverse communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress and strategies
• Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with school and legal documentation requirements
• Support students’ participation and integration within the classroom environment
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expertise on communication disorders and supports
