- Safety Standards: Maintain high situational awareness to ensure a zero-incident environment.

The Requirements
- Valid Drivers License: Must have a clean driving record.
- Arizona Ready: Comfort walking long distances outdoors in the Arizona climate.
- Reliability: Strict 100% attendance for the Thursday shift is essential.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a standard background check.
