Job Title: Avionics Technician

Description:

• While working on-site in Midland, TX, Technicians will be working on production of satellites for communications purposes
• Perform wiring and circuit board work at a bench level
• Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly
• Use work orders and blueprints to complete assemblies
• You will be working in a clean room environment, so you will be required to wear a smock and hair/beard net
• This company is a competitor to Starlink and is growing rapidly

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Avionics or Aerospace Electronics experience
• Must be able to start within 3 weeks
• Tools are NOT required

Compensation:

• $42/hr
• Monthly stipend of $1,500
• Mileage reimbursement up to $500 from home of record (72.5 cents per mile)
• $5,000 in relocation assistance

Work Schedule:

• Must be flexible on shift and willing to work OT – times may vary
  • 1st shift (7:30am-5:30pm), Mon-Thurs
  • 2nd shift (6pm-4am), Mon-Thurs
  • 3rd Shift (6am-6pm), Fri-Sun
  • 4th Shift (6pm-6am), Fri-Sun

Placement:

• 6-month Contract to Hire

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix,AZ.
