Project Engineer - Water/Waste Water Design

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer specializing in Water and Waste Water Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception through completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water and waste water design projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct hydraulic analysis and develop effective design solutions for water and waste water systems.
• Prepare technical reports and design documentation to support project approvals and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including environmental engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed drawings and specifications. (AutoCAD proficiency is a MUST)
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Provide technical support during construction and project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in water and waste water design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design engineering software.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic analysis and environmental engineering principles.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
