(DNI) is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team. With flexible scheduling and opportunities throughout Maricopa County , you can find a role that fits your life while making a real impact.

Your Role as a DCW:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Encourage independence and support individuals in reaching personal goals
- Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card
- Reliable transportation to various client locations
- Previous experience as a caregiver or DCW is a plus—but we provide training!
