We’re looking for a Product Assembly and Packaging Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and prep, weigh, label, and pack each item with care, compliance, and consistency. 🌱

This role is all about accuracy, cleanliness, and hustle — with plenty of teamwork and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with management to ensure product assembly and packaging is efficient and compliant
• Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately using standard and metric systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in alignment with health and safety standards
• Restock packaging and assembly materials to ensure continuous workflow
• Operate and maintain weighing, labeling, and packaging equipment
• Support quality control and compliance processes throughout product prep
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (or a combination of education and experience)
• Comfort working with weights and measures in both standard and metric systems
• Basic math skills and high attention to detail
• Familiarity with cannabis products and general industry knowledge
• Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure
• A team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.
