Clean Room Associate

The Process Technician is responsible for processing parts for surface cleaning, including chemical etching and electropolishing. This role involves operating machinery, racking parts, ensuring quality, maintaining equipment, and strictly adhering to safety and process protocols in a manufacturing environment.

• Process parts using chemical etching and electropolishing techniques.
• Load and unload parts onto racks for chemical tanks.
• Operate automated and semi-automated lift equipment.
• Monitor tank status through visual indicators and daily logs.
• Follow standard operating procedures and interpret results.
• Clean tanks and ensure equipment readiness.
• Assist with the preparation of chemical solutions.
• Perform post-processing inspection and packaging of parts.
• Maintain stock levels of process materials.
• Work alongside engineering to optimize production processes.
• Keep the work area neat and clean by sterilizing all work surfaces and equipment.

• Chemical handling with familiarity in clean room standards.
• Experience with chemical etching and electropolishing.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical, observational, and time management skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with overhead crane operation and cleanroom environments.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52000.00/yr.
