We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC technician to support our team growth!

Requires a positive attitude and a great sense of humor! Must love working with customers because we have the best! Must love dogs! :)

What You’ll Do:

• Build positive relationships with customers
• Perform detailed inspections and service on Residential HVAC systems (and the occasional light commercial setup).
• Maintain regular contact with our team in the office.
• Ensure all work is performed to code and company standards.
• Complete accurate documentation for every job.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of ResidentIal HVAC field experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• A self-motivated, professional mindset—able to work solo or with a crew
• A great attitude and willingness to grow with a team
• Comfort around customers (and dogs)
