Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Description:

Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Company, (AMEC) is seeking a results-oriented, coachable logistics coordinator to assist in sustaining our world-class equipment performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful; team oriented, and has the ability to work independently and under time constraints to meet customer expectations. You should have shipping and receiving experience, along with inventory management skills. Extensive training provided at our North Phoenix office, giving successful candidates the opportunity to learn and grow into being a major contributor to the office’s success. Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the local Arizona office, headquarters, vendors, and the customer to execute our mission and achieve team goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimum safe stock limits for all critical parts.
• Fill out necessary paperwork to move parts into and out of the customer’s job site.
• Track all parts movements into and out of the warehouse.
• Create contracts, advanced shipping notices, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices in order to process customer purchase orders.
• Collaborate with our customer in offering professional support and a commitment to total customer satisfaction.
• Build professional relationships and outstanding communication with our customer and your counterparts at headquarters.

Requirements:

• Technical AS degree or better
• Must have extensive Overseas Import and Export experience.
• Organizational and communication skills are essential.

Preferences:

· Experience writing SOPs/BKMs (Standard Operating Procedures/Best Known Methods)

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically running/editing macros in Excel

· SAP experience in regards to PO processing and inventory management.
