Regional Director of Autism Services
This position will be managing multiple Autism clinic locations throughout Phoenix and the surrounding cities (Mesa to Glendale). Qualified candidates will have the following experience and qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience in ABA or related behavioral health services required.
· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing required.
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in ABA or related behavioral health services required.
· Multi-site leadership experience.
· Strong knowledge of ABA clinical operations, payer expectations, utilization management, and regulatory compliance.
· Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations as needed.
