Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, order necessary diagnostic tests, and design tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, or episodic health issues independently or in collaboration with fellow physicians
• Educate patients and their families regarding preventive measures, health maintenance, and disease management
• Prescribe necessary medications and therapies in accordance with established guidelines
• Engage in patient follow-ups and chronic illness management
• Work in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, comprehensive care
• Maintain meticulous documentation via electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialties
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain them within 90 days)
