Job Overview: As a Warehouse Associate II (Outbound), you will be a pivotal member of our operations team, responsible for the accurate and timely execution of outbound tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound procedures, including inventory management, product put-away, order picking, and shipping.
• Accurately process and verify product data within our warehouse management system.
• Prep items for packaging and shipment, ensuring products are delivered to our customers in pristine condition.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven ability to continuously lift items up to 50 pounds and to work while standing for prolonged periods.
• Experience in thriving in a fast-paced environment, consistently maintaining high levels of productivity.
• An innate attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
• A strong commitment to adhering to safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration.
