About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This position plays a key role in managing customer billing, cash posting, and collections to ensure accurate financial reporting and healthy cash flow. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled in maintaining positive customer relationships while driving timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute customer invoices and account statements
• Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately and promptly
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Reconcile AR accounts and support month-end close activities
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and accounting teams to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and support audit requests

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
