About the Role:

Are you a tenacious, high-energy Attorney who thrives in the negotiation room? Do you want to play a direct role in changing lives through impactful financial outcomes for personal injury clients? If so, we want to meet you. Our fast-paced, high-volume personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Negotiations Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is not a back-office position - we’re looking for someone who lives for negotiation, commands attention with their presence, and pursues optimal settlements with unshakable determination.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead in negotiating settlements on a high volume of personal injury cases
• Collaborate closely with legal teams to understand case value and client priorities
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel with confidence and professionalism
• Deliver results that directly impact clients’ lives—and the growth of our firm
• Maintain meticulous documentation and meet all legal, ethical, and procedural standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience in personal injury
• Licensed and in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Must be located in the United States and able to work Pacific Time business hours
• High-volume case experience with exceptional organizational skills
• Unrelenting grit and determination—you don’t take no for an answer
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for fighting for clients and driving strong financial outcomes
